GrateGuard Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GrateGuard (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

GrateGuard helps you interrupt reflexive app use by placing a gratitude exercise before selected apps. Blocking behavior and available permissions may vary by operating system, platform rules, and device configuration.

GrateGuard is a wellbeing and productivity tool. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or emergency advice. If you need professional support, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, interfere with the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the app or website.

4. Local Data

Gratitude entries and app settings are primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device if you want to preserve local data.

5. App Stores And Third Parties

If GrateGuard is distributed through an app store, that store's terms may also apply. Device features such as notifications, microphone access, and speech recognition are controlled by your operating system and may change over time.

6. Availability And Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may also update these Terms when needed. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

The app, website, branding, illustrations, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them except where permitted by law.
