Purchases And Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions made in the iOS app are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings and request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Quick Troubleshooting
- Update to the latest iOS version and the latest GrateGuard build.
- Force-quit and reopen the app.
- Check microphone and speech-recognition permissions if voice input does not start.
- Use Restore Purchases in settings if your purchase is not recognized.
