Delete GrateGuard Data

GrateGuard does not require an account. Most information stays on your device and can be deleted directly in the app.

Delete Data In The App

1. Open GrateGuard.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Reset Local Data and confirm.

This immediately clears protected-app selections, gratitude entries, streak and session history, reminders, settings, locally saved attribution and referral information, and analytics consent from the app. Uninstalling GrateGuard also removes its local data, subject to device backups you control.

Request Deletion From Us

To request deletion of pseudonymous service data or information you sent to support, open GrateGuard Settings and copy the selectable Pseudonymous support ID. Email hello@grateguard.app with the subject GrateGuard data deletion, include that ID, and tell us whether the request concerns Android, iOS, or a support conversation. The ID lets us locate the correct RevenueCat record without asking for an account, name, or advertising identifier. We will respond to valid requests within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

• Local app data is deleted immediately when you use Reset Local Data.
• Withdrawing analytics consent or resetting local data stops optional product analytics and requests removal of GrateGuard's custom analytics attributes from the pseudonymous RevenueCat record.
• Support information is deleted when a valid deletion request is completed unless it must be retained for security or legal reasons.

What May Be Retained

Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat may retain purchase and transaction records needed for payment processing, purchase restoration, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. GrateGuard cannot delete records that those providers must retain. Device backups are controlled by you and your operating-system provider.

GrateGuard benötigt kein Konto. Öffne in der App Einstellungen, wähle Lokale Daten zurücksetzen und bestätige, um lokale App-Auswahl, Dankbarkeitseinträge, Verlauf, Sitzungen, Erinnerungen, Einstellungen sowie lokale Analyse- und Empfehlungsdaten zu löschen.

Für die Löschung pseudonymer Dienstdaten findest du in den GrateGuard-Einstellungen die auswählbare Pseudonyme Support-ID. Sende diese ID mit dem Betreff GrateGuard Datenlöschung an hello@grateguard.app und nenne Android oder iOS. So können wir den richtigen RevenueCat-Datensatz ohne Account, Namen oder Werbe-ID finden. Kauf- und Transaktionsdaten können von Apple, Google Play oder RevenueCat zur Wiederherstellung von Käufen, Betrugsprävention sowie aufgrund steuerlicher oder gesetzlicher Pflichten aufbewahrt werden.
